Happy 25th, Donna

Canadian Transplant Athlete and our dragon boat team manager, Donna Flemming, would like to announce the anniversary of her Kidney Transplant. Donna received her transplant on April 15th, 1973 at The Hospital For Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario.

Donna celebrated her 25th among her transplant friends at her cottage in Alliston, Ontario on April 18th and 19th, 1998.

Over the past 25 years of newfound health Donna has made many friends - transplantees and non-transplantees - Donna would like to thank everyone for their good greetings and kind thoughts on her anniversary. Some of those friends are no longer with us, but they will always be with her in spirit.
Donna sends her good wishes out to all her transplant friends and ALL transplantees, and wishes them the same good fortune and longevity she has enjoyed for the last 25 years.

Donna is living proof that transplants work.
